RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included

Please note:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was a mistake in the order.

  • Customized or heavily used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing can take up to 7–10 business days

  • You will be notified by email when the refund has been initiated

Defective or Damaged Items
